Role Overview: As an Admin & Executive Assistant, your role will involve supporting the Principal & Admin Team in daily operations, communication, documentation, and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing the Principal's calendar, meetings, and appointments. Additionally, you will handle official correspondence, emails, and reports with confidentiality. Your role will also include coordinating with staff, parents, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Principal. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Principal's calendar, meetings, and appointments. - Handle official correspondence, emails, and reports with confidentiality. - Coordinate with staff, parents, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Principal. - Prepare presentations, documents, and event schedules. - Oversee school records, office administration, and compliance in collaboration with the Admin Team. - Assist in event planning, travel arrangements, and visitor management. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in administration or executive assistance, preferably in the Education sector. - Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.,
