Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to managers, departments, and staff.  Communication Hub: Act as a central point of contact, managing incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.  Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, inventory, and maintaining facilities.  Record Keeping: Maintain and update essential records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.  Financial Assistance: Assist with budgeting, track expenses, process invoices, and prepare financial reports as needed.  Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments within the organization.  Project Support: Assist with special projects, track deadlines, and contribute to the development of presentations and reports.  Visitor Management: Greet visitors, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
