Job Description

1 Office Administration – Manage daily office operations including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence
2 Calendar & Schedule Management – Maintain executives’ calendars; schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements3 Document & Record Handling – Prepare, file, and organize paper and electronic documents, reports, and presentations4 Communication Liaison – Coordinate internal and external communications with employees, clients, and vendors5 Supplies & Vendor Coordination – Monitor office supplies inventory; place orders and liaise with suppliers for maintenance and services6 Meeting & Event Support – Set up meeting rooms and A/V equipment; prepare materials and take/distribute minutes7 Expense & Reporting – Process invoices and expense reports; maintain basic financial and administrative records

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
