Admin Assistant

Role Overview: As an Admin Assistant at noon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Buyers with vendor management, ad hoc tasks, and handling complaints of Retail & Vendor Accounts Management. Your responsibilities will include stock monitoring to ensure timely product delivery, managing reporting and analysis, and creating recon reports for assigned vendors. You will also be connecting with suppliers for CN for short/damaged items and liaising with WH and vendors for invoice clearance. Key Responsibilities: - Support Buyers with vendor management and ad hoc tasks - Handle complaints of Retail & Vendor Accounts Management - Monitor stock levels and ensure timely product delivery - Manage reporting and analysis effectively - Create recon reports for assigned vendors - Connect with suppliers for CN for short/damaged items - Liaise with WH and vendors for invoice clearance - Help in clearing box quantities and ensure RTVs are picked up on time for assigned vendors/sellers Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in any relevant field with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience - Great people skills and ability to communicate constructive feedback - Problem-solving capabilities to improve support quality - Excellent English vocabulary & writing skills - Ability to work with little supervision, take responsibility, and complete tasks independently - Proficiency in MS Office and presentation skills Additional Company Details (if present): noon is on a mission to redefine technology in the region and is building an ecosystem of digital products and services that cater to the Middle East.
