Administrative Functions
Manage daily office operations, including reception, correspondence, appointments, and file management.
Handle client communication, scheduling meetings, and maintaining a client follow-up tracker.
Liaise with government departments, banks, and professional bodies for firm-related documentation.
Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, inventory and general office upkeep.
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and maintain general ledger(Tally/Zoho/Excel as applicable).
Handle accounts receivable & payable, prepare invoices, follow-up for payments.
Assist with billing, invoicing, processing receipts, and follow-up on client payments.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related compliance filings in coordination with external accountants.
Prepare payroll, track reimbursements, and maintain employee records.
Ensure all compliance deadlines are tracked and met for firm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
