Job Description

Administrative Duties: Manage office operations, supplies, and maintenance needs. Handle documentation, filing, and data entry. Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow. Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required. Support HR and finance with documentation and compliance-related tasks. Customer Relations Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries (via phone, email, or in-person). Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain customer records and track interactions in CRM or designated systems. Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
