Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day admin & accounting tasks. If you have a strong background in admin & accounting and are proficient in Tally & MS excel, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Admin activities: Manage staff, assign work, stock & dispatch management.
• Data Entry & Daily Accounting: Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including bank reconciliation, petty cash, and expense management.
• Invoicing: Generate and manage invoices, ensuring timely billing and payment collection.
• Documentation: Maintain organized and easily accessible financial documents and records.
• Vendor and Client Coordination: Manage payments to vendors and coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups.
• Expense Management: Track and manage company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other admin & accounting-related tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST/TDS regulations.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per year
