Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site ADL (Analytical Development Laboratory) role located in Dehradun. The selected candidate will be responsible for method development, validation, and stability studies within a pharmaceutical setting. Daily tasks include conducting chemical and instrumental analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, preparing technical documentation, maintaining laboratory equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality control processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Method Development and Validation, with hands-on experience using techniques such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Visible Spectrophotometry.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in Stability Studies, Regulatory Compliance, and Quality Control processes.
• Skilled in Documentation and Report Writing, including preparation of protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and validation documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a laboratory environment, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Educational qualifications in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field are required, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree being preferred.
• Prior experience in an analytical development role within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
