Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update online training content related to industrial adhesives formulation.
• Conduct live online training sessions, webinars, and workshops for professionals in the adhesives industry.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in industrial adhesives formulation.
• Provide technical support and answer queries from training participants.
• Contribute to the development of new training programs and improve existing ones based on participant feedback.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and ensure the confidentiality of proprietary information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrial adhesives formulation, with a strong understanding of adhesive chemistry and applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Experience in creating and delivering online training content.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online learning platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong network within chemical industry will be advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to adhesives is a plus.
