Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Adhesives Formulation Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial adhesives formulation and be passionate about sharing their knowledge through online content creation and expert-led training sessions. This role involves developing engaging and informative training materials, delivering live online training sessions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our training programs. Responsibilities: Develop and update online training content related to industrial adhesives formulation. Conduct live online training sessions, webinars, and workshops for professionals in the adhesives industry. Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in industrial adhesives formulation. Provide technical support and answer queries from training participants. Contribute to the development of new training programs and improve existing ones based on participant feedback. Maintain high standards of professionalism and ensure the confidentiality of proprietary information. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Polymer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in industrial adhesives formulation, with a strong understanding of adhesive chemistry and applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Experience in creating and delivering online training content. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online learning platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong network within chemical industry will be advantage. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
