Job Description

As a Strategic Program Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in building the organization's strategy and operationalizing it through the delivery of strategic PMOs. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will help make data-driven decisions, establish processes, and manage allied stakeholders across multiple strategic projects, giving you exposure to various aspects of the business. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Lead the development of a sustainable growth strategy for BU ISEA - Drive planning cycles including 1 year, 3 year, 5 year, and 10 year cycles for the country - Lead and monitor long-term strategic business initiatives from development to successful execution - Establish frameworks and standards for Program and Project Management - Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to find optimal solutions - Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting, Financial Management, and Change Management across the project portfolio - Identify, quantify, and plan for program benefits - Participate in developing projects ranging from innovation to strategic whitespace development - Maintain and update the project management framework to support a PMO - Conduct data analysis to derive meaningful insights and solutions - Address ambiguous problems and drive towards solutions - Mine insights to assist leadership in decision-making and transforming the BU - Conduct primary and secondary research on markets and consumer trends - Benchmark internally and externally on best practices - Develop business cases for various areas such as new product launches, innovations, and expansion projects - Utilize financial modeling to create scenarios and P&Ls based on different levers - Manage and compile Program-related financial and KPI information - Track financial reporting and ensure adherence to corporate financial processes - Prepare regular status reports for senior leadership - Monitor Project expenditure and report on performance against variations to contribute to overall profitability **Skills and/or Knowledge:** - Exceptional analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills - Strong expertise in creating and maintaining project and program plans - Ability to deliver impactful insights - Proficient in financial modeling - Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives - Knowledge in valuations, M&As, and growth strategy is advantageous - Familiar with efficient Change Management methods,
