Ad Sales Manager

You are looking for a dynamic PR Professional with a strong focus on sales to join the team. The role requires a combination of public relations skills and sales expertise to enhance brand visibility, engage key stakeholders, and create business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with media, clients, and partners, as well as implementing PR-driven sales strategies to drive revenue. Your main tasks will involve: - Establishing and nurturing relationships with agencies and direct clients for Sponsored/Paid PR. - Identifying and presenting sales opportunities through PR initiatives. - Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective marketing and sales materials. - Monitoring media coverage and industry trends to spot new business prospects. - Tracking and reporting on the performance of PR campaigns and sales conversions. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in PR, media relations, or sales-related positions with a strong Agency Network. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Experience in utilizing PR strategies to boost business growth. - Knowledge of digital PR, social media, and content marketing. - Self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in B2B/B2C sales through PR initiatives and an established media network and strong connections in the PR industry.
