Ad Sales Manager

Role Overview: You are being hired as a Sales Manager (Ad Sales) for a leading platform specializing in community management and security solutions across India. Your main responsibility will be to independently manage and increase advertising revenue, focusing on OOH advertising, RWA advertising, and on-ground activation channels. Key Responsibilities: - Take charge of the entire ad sales process, from generating new leads to closing high-value deals as an Individual Contributor. - Develop and expand premium advertiser portfolios within OOH, RWA, and on-ground channels, establishing long-term partnerships with every interaction. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by maintaining a strong, dynamic sales pipeline. - Position yourself as a trusted advisor for brands and agencies, offering impactful advertising solutions to secure repeat business. - Drive high-margin, high-visibility deals while ensuring flawless campaign execution in collaboration with internal teams. - Provide insightful reporting, sharp insights, and accurate forecasting to influence strategic decisions.
