Job Description

As a Brand Partnership & Alliances Manager at NoBroker Technologies Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in generating sales and addressing customers" marketing and advertising needs. You will act as an extended marketing arm for brands, emphasizing a Customer-First approach in all actions. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential brands and companies, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the retention of existing ones. Throughout the onboarding and retention processes, you will also be involved in campaign planning and execution based on client briefs. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the sales funnel and brand acquisition processes. You will have exposure to a diverse range of clients from various industries and categories, allowing you to observe their marketing spend trends and annual operating cycles. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the marketing teams of different companies, ranging from small to large enterprises. Your responsibilities will encompass two main areas: 1. Conducting daily research on relevant brands, their marketing spending trends, and strategies. 2. Managing relationships with clients or agencies to stay updated on their upcoming campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new brands and companies based on market knowledge and current advertisers. - Establish connections with identified brands, companies, and agencies. - Understand clients" businesses, identify their marketing challenges, and gather marketing campaign briefs. - Develop advertising campaigns based on the briefs and obtain client approval for execution. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign performance aligns with commitments. - Communicate with clients for seamless campaign execution and reporting. - Achieve monthly/yearly revenue targets while meeting input and output criteria. - Prepare daily task reports. - Balance work hours between responding to emails/calls and executing/planning campaigns. - Cultivate strong business relationships with clients for sustainable long-term partnerships. - Foster a culture of high performance and innovation within the team.
