Ad Sales- Cinema

You will be responsible for achieving ad sales and bulk ticket sales targets in the assigned territory. Your key tasks will include building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and advertising agencies, selling cinema on-screen & off-screen ad inventory, and other media solutions. Additionally, you will conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. You will work closely with operations teams to manage inventory for maximum profitability and will be required to prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports. It will also be your responsibility to track competition and identify new business opportunities, as well as handle client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should be aged 33 years maximum and have 5-7 years of experience in advertising/media/marketing sales (cinema, radio, print, OOH, digital) for the Manager position. Strong client relationship and negotiation skills are essential, along with excellent communication in English & the local language. An MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred and mandatory for the Manager role. You should also be willing to travel extensively for client meetings as this is a field sales role.
