Ad Operations Manager

• Manage

  SSP & DSP integrations

  via OpenRTB (2.3/2.5) inside our platform.
• Monitor

  QPS, bid requests, win rates, eCPM, fill rates

  daily.
• Identify & filter

  IVT (Invalid Traffic)

  using Pixalate, IAS, MOAT, etc.
• Set up and optimize

  floor pricing, targeting rules, and inventory bundles

  .
• Troubleshoot

  latency, timeouts, bid response errors

  with partners.
• Maintain

  ads.txt/app-ads.txt compliance

  for all publishers.
• Generate and share

  performance reports & insights

  with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Development to scale profitable supply & demand.

• 2–4 years of experience in

  ad operations / programmatic advertising

  .
• Familiarity with

  SSP/DSP platforms

  (Bidscube, Google Ad Manager, PubMatic, AppLovin, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of

  OpenRTB protocols

  and programmatic workflows.
• Proficiency in

  Excel / Google Sheets

  ; SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Understanding of

  IVT filtering, viewability, and brand safety standards

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
