About Us Native Monetize is a growing ad-tech platform operating as a hybrid SSP + DSP , enabling publishers and advertisers to connect seamlessly via OpenRTB integrations . We work with global SSPs, DSPs, and direct app publishers to deliver high-quality programmatic supply and demand. We are looking for an Ad Operations Manager to oversee daily technical and operational workflows, ensuring the smooth running of our programmatic exchange. Responsibilities Manage SSP & DSP integrations via OpenRTB (2.3/2.5) inside our platform. Monitor QPS, bid requests, win rates, eCPM, fill rates daily. Identify & filter IVT (Invalid Traffic) using Pixalate, IAS, MOAT, etc. Set up and optimize floor pricing, targeting rules, and inventory bundles . Troubleshoot latency, timeouts, bid response errors with partners. Maintain ads.txt/app-ads.txt compliance for all publishers. Generate and share performance reports & insights with business stakeholders. Collaborate with Business Development to scale profitable supply & demand. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in ad operations / programmatic advertising . Familiarity with SSP/DSP platforms (Bidscube, Google Ad Manager, PubMatic, AppLovin, etc.). Strong knowledge of OpenRTB protocols and programmatic workflows. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets ; SQL or BI tools is a plus. Understanding of IVT filtering, viewability, and brand safety standards .
