Key Responsibilities

• Design ad creatives, banners, posts, and stories across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create both static and short-form motion creatives (1080×1080, 1080×1920, 1080×1350).
• Edit and resize videos (text overlays, trimming, transitions).
• Research competitor ads and develop new concepts that outperform them.
• Collaborate with the PPC and strategy teams to ensure creatives align with campaign goals.
• Maintain organized delivery of creative files and adhere to naming conventions.
• Use AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, etc.) to speed up idea generation.
• Deliver creatives on time while maintaining quality and consistency.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva (must have).
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Experience creating ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding of typography, layout, and ad performance psychology.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Fast, reliable, and open to feedback.
