We’re looking for a skilled and strategic Ad Campaign Manager to set up and grow paid advertising efforts from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in helping more families discover a smart, all-in-one platform designed to simplify routines, manage tasks, and build stronger connections at home.

What You'll Do

* Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok

* Define and segment target audiences based on user behavior, needs, and intent

* Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling, high-performing ad creatives

* Set up tracking systems, monitor KPIs, and optimize campaigns for acquisition and retention

* Run A/B tests to improve performance across formats, messages, and channels

* Stay up to date with advertising trends, tools, and platform updates

What We’re Looking For

* 3–5 years of experience in paid advertising or performance marketing

* Proven track record running and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms

* Strong understanding of metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, and customer lifetime value

* Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)

* Bonus if you’ve worked with mobile-first products or in early-stage environments
