Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Entra ID, and VMware. Your key responsibilities will include: - Hands-on experience with all operating systems on the Windows platform - Familiarity with Mid-range/Enterprise Servers Hardware - Management of Production Server Environment with Wintel servers - Strong understanding of user administration and File system management activities - Experience in OS Hardening, performance tuning, and scripting - Basic knowledge of Storage and SAN switches - Patch management, RCA analysis, Application installs, and upgrades as per documented procedures - Ensuring SLA adherence to fix errors and problems in a timely manner - Proficiency in Cluster Administration - Conducting Root Cause Analysis for incidents - Capacity Planning and in-depth knowledge of Virtualization Additionally, the company expects you to deliver on the following performance parameters: 1. **Operations of the tower**: - SLA adherence - Knowledge management - CSAT/ Customer Experience - Identification of risk issues and mitigation plans 2. **New projects**: - Timely delivery - Avoiding unauthorized changes - No formal escalations Overall, your role will require a minimum of 10 years of administration experience on the specified platforms and technologies.,
