As an Active Directory & Entra ID Administrator, you will be responsible for designing an Active Directory structure for a multinational organization with multiple forests and domains while ensuring high availability and disaster recovery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing an Active Directory structure for a multinational organization with multiple forests and domains - Understanding and implementing authentication & silo polices - Securing the active directory environment - Implementing fine grain password policies - Utilizing ADSI Edit and LDP for recovery or advanced troubleshooting - Understanding the purpose of Kerberos delegation and when to use constrained delegation versus unconstrained delegation - Working with SPNs and AD Lightweight Directory Tools (AD LDS) in an enterprise environment - Demonstrating expert knowledge on DC partition, FSMO roles, seizure, and transfer - Understanding Forest and Domain level functional level - Hands-on experience and strong troubleshooting skills in AD replication, Sites, KCC, etc. - Planning and implementing Active Directory Replication - Working on DC replication and underlying issues, including health check commands - Managing Trusts and validating trusts, designing and deploying new Active Directory domains and domain/ forest trusts - Working with OUs, GPOs, GPO Modelling, and analyzing related issues - Designing Group Policies and managing them effectively - Troubleshooting GPO related issues - Understanding DNS concepts, DNS backup, and performing health checks - Troubleshooting Microsoft DNS and resolving related issues - Handling File Replication Service (FRS) and Distributed File System (DFS) and troubleshooting replication issues - Understanding AD sites and subnets, Binding - Managing print servers, KMS Servers, DHCP, Scopes, super scopes, and troubleshooting related issues - Working on File share servers and DFS, including troubleshooting - Handling deleted objects and their restoration - Generating AD reports like active users and other AD reports - Basic understanding of ADCS, Root CA, subordinate CAs, creation of CSRs, and knowledge on CRL - Sound knowledge of NTP servers and troubleshooting - Understanding of ADSI edit concepts - Performing system state backups and restoration You should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in on-premise active directory and possess expert knowledge in the mentioned areas.
