Job Title:

Active Directory Administrator (AV)

Job Summary

Seeking an enthusiastic Junior Active Directory Administrator to support and maintain the organizations Active Directory environment. This entry-level role involves assisting with user account management, Group Policy administration, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior team members while gaining hands-on experience in directory services administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory.
Support the administration of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and configuration standards.
Help monitor Active Directory health and report issues for escalation.
Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, and user provisioning.
Support AD-related backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Contribute to documentation of AD processes, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AD with other systems and services.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving directory-related incidents.
Learn and apply PowerShell scripting basics to automate repetitive tasks.
