Job Title:

Active Directory Administrator (AV)

Job Summary

The Mid-Level Active Directory Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting complex Active Directory environments. The role includes administering domains, Group Policy, access controls, and collaborating in design and deployment projects. The candidate will handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and automation tasks, contributing to the stability and security of directory services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure including user accounts, groups, permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
Monitor Active Directory health, perform troubleshooting, and resolve issues proactively.
Implement and enforce security policies and access controls within AD environments.
Participate in Active Directory upgrades, migrations, and domain consolidations.
Administer DNS, DHCP, and related network services integrated with AD.
Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation of recurring tasks and reporting.
Collaborate with IT teams on integrating AD with cloud services (e.g., Azure AD), Single Sign-On (SSO), and other systems.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of AD environments, configurations, and processes.
Provide support during incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution for Active Directory services.
