As a SAP BW and analytics analyst within act!, we are seeking an individual with extensive experience in SAP BW, possessing a strong technical background and proficiency in data and reporting. The team operates with a high degree of autonomy, employing either agile or project methodologies based on the project scope and timeline. In this role, you will serve as an analytics analyst, providing expertise and leadership to guide both internal and external stakeholders in the designated knowledge domain. Your responsibilities will include driving the delivery cycle of assigned change requests and working within a community of peer solution architects and analysts to share best practices in line with the overarching act! strategy. To excel in this position, you will need to: **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Analyze and Understand Business and technical reporting requirements, gathering stakeholder input to develop reporting solutions. - Lead Full Lifecycle Implementation and Support, from requirement gathering to testing and user support. - Handle Documentation and Training, including technical specifications and end-to-end solution documentation. - Drive Continuous Improvement by optimizing the SAP reporting system and identifying enhancement opportunities. **Competences:** - Demonstrate effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach. - Excel as a team player and diplomat, fostering collaboration among stakeholders. - Possess strong organizational skills and a structured approach to task management. - Embrace innovation and digital transformation, promoting a quality-driven mindset. - Exhibit openness to new perspectives and a global mindset. **Technology Experience:** - 5+ Years of IS/IT, reporting, and SAP ERP background. - Proficiency in SAP Business Warehouse, SQL, Native HANA modeling, and PowerBI. - Experience with BW/4HANA and Agile project management methodologies. - Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with team members. **Education:** - Hold a master's degree in IT, Business economics, or equivalent experience. - Possess strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills. - Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective English communication.
