Within act!, we are seeking a SAP BW and analytics analyst with several years of proven SAP BW experience, possessing a good technical background and a strong affinity for data and reporting. As part of a cross-functional team, you will play a key role in delivering consistent processes and solutions for the designated process area based on business council requests. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and Understand Business and technical reporting requirements: Gather stakeholder requirements, conduct workshops, and translate business needs into reporting solutions. - Full Lifecycle Implementation and Support: Lead end-to-end delivery including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, user acceptance testing, and providing ongoing support. - Documentation and Training: Document technical specifications, testing results, and solution documentation. Create and deliver training materials for end-users and support organizations. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the SAP reporting system, streamline solutions, improve system performance, and provide recommendations for future enhancements. Qualifications Required: - 5+ Years of IS/IT, reporting, and related processes background. - General knowledge of SAP ERP Platforms. - Knowledge in SAP Business Warehouse running on HANA and S4HANA Embedded Analytics (CDS Views). - Experience with SQL, Native HANA modeling. - Experience with PowerBI and other reporting solutions. - Master's degree in IT, Business economics, or equivalent experience. - Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills. - Familiarity with Agile methodology. - Effective communication skills in English.
