Position : Customer Support Executive Responsibilities : - Initiate outbound calls to applicants who have applied for CSC ID. - Provide comprehensive information about our government-authorized portal and the services offered. - Encourage applicants to register for CSC ID by highlighting the benefits and convenience of our platform. - Assist applicants in completing the registration process and resolving any queries or concerns they may have. Requirements: - Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi. - Ability to engage with customers effectively over the phone. - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. - Basic knowledge of government services and online platforms preferred. - Prior experience in customer support or telemarketing is a plus. Performance Expectations: - Generate a minimum of 10 new CSC ID registrations per month. - Handle a minimum of 25-50 outbound calls daily. - Achieve performance-based targets to qualify for bonuses and incentives. Compensation: - Additional bonuses and incentives based on registration targets achieved. - Opportunities for career advancement and skill development. Working Hours: - Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
