Acquisition Manager/Business development

The Blue Kite is a company that offers a collection of holiday homes for rent in North Goa, Delhi, and Nainital, catering to discerning travelers. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality maintenance of our properties. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new properties, coordinating with photographers, designers, and other relevant stakeholders. You will also oversee the operations team, including Guest Relations Executives (GRE) and housekeeping staff, to ensure seamless daily operations. Managing vendors for live properties to uphold quality standards and guest satisfaction will also be a key part of your role. Handling guest escalations, responding to online reviews, and maintaining positive brand engagement will be essential tasks in maintaining the reputation of our properties and the company. Your ability to effectively communicate and lead will be crucial in successfully executing these responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3-4 years of experience in onboarding properties and signing leases. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in overseeing hospitality operations and managing a team. Business Operations and Operations Management skills, along with analytical and program management capabilities, are required qualifications for this role. Experience in the hospitality industry will be a plus.
