Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition:

    Drive acquisition of new customers through group companies and affiliated channels.
  • Lead Management:

    Efficiently manage and execute assigned leads to ensure timely account opening within prescribed TATs.
  • Revenue Generation:

    Promote and sell Third Party Products (TPP) to generate revenue.
  • CASA Growth:

    Build and maintain a healthy CASA (Current Account Savings Account) book size.
  • Coordination:

    Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    Graduate / MBA
  • Experience:

    02 years of relevant work experience in banking, financial services, or sales.
  • Age Limit:

    Up to 28 years
  • Skills:

    • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
    • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to customer engagement
