Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 10 years of experience to lead our security team in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech strategy and advisory, with expertise in security management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect against cyber threats.
Provide technical guidance and support on security-related matters to cross-functional teams.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement incident response plans.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of security principles, including threat modeling and risk assessment.
Experience with security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Experience working in an agile environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery.
