Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Compliance of Direct tax, Transfer Pricing and International tax.

Strategic and Planning

Analysis of Preliminary data for Assessment details.
Drafting of letters and preparation of Preliminary comparation chart to be submitted to Tax authorities (Section131, Section133(6), Section 143(1), Section 154)
Preparation of basic information for Tax Returns.
Preparation of SFT Returns for all operating companies.
Reply to TDS and withholding Tax queries.
Preliminary analysis of 3CD and Transfer Pricing report.

People development

Responsibilities around driving culture and developing teams or stakeholders.

Contribute towards development of talent for the department by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities to enable readiness for higher roles.

Qualification

CA
2 - 4 Years of experience in Direct Taxation.
