Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Invoicing / Billing

Collect and verify required documents such as checklists, MOMs, timesheets, and change forms for invoicing.
Prepare the expense sheet accurately for client billing.
Generate invoices per client contracts / project terms.
Maintain and update the invoice register for tracking and audit.
Follow up with customers for timely payments and resolve invoicing queries.

Accounting & Compliance

Ensure timely payment and reconciliation of GST.
Manage statutory payments: ESI & EPF contributions for staff / engineers.
Process salary payments, and handle weekly payments for engineer-related expenses.
Reconcile vendor payments and maintain detailed vendor accounts.

Reporting & Reconciliation

Maintain accurate records of cash flow and payables / receivables.
Reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and produce MIS as required.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (project teams, operations) for expense validation and accounting clarity.

Technical Skills / Tools

Proficiency in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hands-on experience with
Tally ERP 9
(with GST knowledge).
Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial data entry.
