We Prabhu Envirotec Pvt Ltd, we are into water & waste water treatment services of STP, WTP, where we have requirement of Accountant in our company.
Job description

· Candidate should be post graduate.

· Project Billing, Contract Billing,

· Accurate and timely - project billing, 3rd party receipting against P.O., Service Contract billing /project related reports as needed by any department

· Handling day to day Book-keeping, maintaining Books of Accounts, and Financial Accounting, and in Tally (or any other Accounting Software).

· Handling Employees Salary - Preparation of Employees Salary data, Payroll Processing, and Payment of Salaries to employees in coordination with HR team

Acountabilities

· Project/Service Contract/Billing

· Generating and maintaining reports/tracking sheets.

· Coordinating with Project Mangers to ensure correct billing to customers and making changes in the system as per corrections identified.

· Billing, Maintain Sale Purchase Entries

Must Have Skill:.

1. EXCEL/ MS Office

2 Soft spoken and Good communication skill

3. Disciplined in working and conducts.
