Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Perform
accounting and bookkeeping
activities including daily entries, reconciliations, ledgers, and month-end closing.
Conduct and assist in
internal audits
, ensuring accuracy and identifying areas for improvement.
Manage
cash flow
, monitor fund positions, and assist with working capital planning.
Ensure all
statutory compliances
such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings are met on time.
Possess
good knowledge of Income Tax rules
, compliance requirements, and audit procedures.
Prepare
budget forecasts
, monthly MIS reports, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
Handle
vendor payments
, supplier reconciliations, and maintain proper documentation.
Generate
sales invoices
, export invoices, credit/debit notes, and maintain accuracy in records.
Support in
bank coordination
, LC documentation, and export-related financial paperwork.
Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits with required documentation and schedules.
Maintain strong control over accounts receivables/payables and ageing reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

Only CA Inter Qualified.
2+ years of experience
in accounting, finance, or audit.
Strong knowledge of
accounting principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax rules, and statutory compliance
.
Proficiency in
Tally/ERP software
and
MS Excel
.
Good understanding of
audit processes, cash flow management, and budgeting.
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
