Accounts Receivable Specialist

As a US Accounts Receivable Specialist at BCforward, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Complete periodic invoicing for multiple customers and projects - Prepare customer account statements - Respond to both internal/external inquiries via email and phone - Follow-up on customer past due invoices - Track and bill for expenses on assigned projects Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred; experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree - Medium to advanced Excel skills are necessary - Must be self-motivated and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision - Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment - Strong organization, prioritization skills, and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a team setting and maintain a positive attitude - Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook - Ability to think independently within established policies, standards, and precedents BCforward, established in 1998, has grown from an IT business solutions and staffing firm to a full-service personnel solutions organization.
