Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at ARDEM Data Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in strengthening and growing relationships with clients by effectively communicating with customers regarding past due accounts. You will be responsible for assisting in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process while identifying areas for performance improvement. Maintaining accurate accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date and handling credits will be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant processes and projects. Proficiency in software such as SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, Citrix, and other ERPs is mandatory. Your shift timings will vary between 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, as per project requirements. In terms of technical requirements, you should have a laptop or desktop with Windows (i5 or higher, 8GB RAM minimum), a screen of 14 inches with Full HD resolution (1920x1080), and an internet speed of 100 Mbps or higher.
