Job Description

Position Overview

Accounts Receivable Executive

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with franchise partners for pending and upcoming payments.
Maintain and update the
Outstanding / Aging Report
for all franchise accounts.
Record receipts, reconcile franchise accounts, and coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts).
Ensure timely communication and polite reminders to franchise partners regarding dues.
Handle payment discrepancies, short payments, and document adjustments where necessary.
Prepare daily and weekly collection reports for management review.
Support the finance team in monthly closing and reconciliation activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
or related field.
1–3 years of experience
in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Client Coordination.
Proficiency in
Tally / Excel / ERP systems
(basic accounting knowledge required).
Excellent
communication and follow-up skills
(English and Hindi).
Strong attention to detail, time management, and record-keeping.
Professional and polite attitude while dealing with partners and clients.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working with
franchise-based businesses
or
retail networks

Ability to work independently and take ownership of follow-ups.
Strong coordination and reporting abilities.
