• Machine Setup:

  Install and adjust tooling (dies, clamps, end stops) on the bending machine.

• Operation:

  Operate CNC or manual bending machines to form metal, plastic, or other materials into specified shapes and angles.

• Blueprint Interpretation:

  Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and templates to understand bending requirements.

• Quality Control:

  Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and perform adjustments as needed.

• Maintenance:

  Perform routine checks, lubrication, and basic maintenance to keep the bending machine in optimal working condition.

• Troubleshooting:

  Identify and resolve issues with machine performance or the bending process.

• Safety:
