Accounts Receivable Executive - Immediate Joinee

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain financial, accounting, Invoice, Debit note & Credit note booking Prepare and fact-check. Invoices before sending them to customers.
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
• Good understanding of primary data entries, Day to Day follow-up of the customer receivables.
• Experience in Customer Recovery, Overdue Tracking, Flagging of disputed transactions.
• Preparing Proforma Invoices, Sales Confirmation, Quotation & forwarding to the customer
• Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue.
• Maintain and record fixed assets.
• Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary.
• Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies.
• Flagging of disputed transactions and take steps for its recovery.
• Preparing Proforma Invoices, Sales Confirmation, Quotation and forwarding to the customer.
• Attending Customer's Debit/Credit Note and resolve related issues.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience.
• Must have a good understanding of taxation.( Service Tax, GST, TDS, Income Tax)
• Knowledge of Preparation of Tax Invoice/E-Invoicing in Tally ERP
• Candidate should be well updated in latest accounting procedures and GST Act.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing /Trading company or worked in similar position in Paper Industry
• Proficiency in mail drafting, MS excel, and word.

Extra Qualification : Proficient in Excel, Tally
