Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Executive located in Bengaluru. The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing incoming payments, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Key tasks include coordinating with various stores for customer payments mapping, reconciling account discrepancies, and preparing detailed financial reports. The role requires regular interaction with Stores and warehouse team to address any payment issues and ensure timely collection and payment tagging.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounts receivable management and invoicing
• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with accounting software zoho, excel and google sheets
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Prior experience in the furniture industry is a plus
