Job Summary:

Account Receivable Client Partner

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls with US clients regarding accounts receivable.
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing-related queries.
Act as a client partner by maintaining strong professional relationships.
Ensure accurate documentation and updating of account information.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and escalations.
Meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience in
Customer Service
or
International Voice Process
(mandatory).
Prior experience in
Accounts Receivable
or healthcare processes is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable working in
US night shifts
.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
