Accounts Receivable Associate

As an Accounts Receivable Associate at ICON, you will play a crucial role in handling financial activities with autonomy and collaboration within a medium/large team environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing, verifying, and carrying out invoicing via electronic processing and reporting activities for your assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring adherence to specific deadlines. - Managing client relationships and conducting account reconciliations. - Keeping track of contract progress for invoicing units and rechargeable costs. - Collaborating closely with the revenue team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies. - Investigating and resolving customer queries, as well as setting up and maintaining contract files. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum leaving certificate or equivalent secondary school education. - Currently studying a professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA. - Proficiency in English and Chinese languages. - At least 2 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably in accountancy. - Strong knowledge of revenue billing practices and adept at data entry. - Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective prioritization skills. - Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal abilities.
