Accounts Payables Specialist, PTP, Finance Unlock your potential with Dassault Systèmes, a global leader in Scientific Software Engineering as Accounts Payables Specialist in Pune, INDIA Role Description & Responsibilities Understanding of PTP life cycle Perform month-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts payable balances and preparing accruals Managing vendor relationships and resolving any related issues. Analyze and reconcile accounts payable ledgers and maintaining accurate records of accounts payable transactions Ensuring accuracy and completeness on daily tasks. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual period closings Clear understanding on INDIA financial tax and accounting rules Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Understanding on the difference between 3rd party and Interco suppliers Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation and responding to auditor inquiries Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to management Qualifications At least 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or comparable field Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve problems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment What is in it for you?
