Accounts Payable Officer

As a candidate for this role based in India (Hybrid), your responsibilities will include: - Following up with purchasing or other staff on invoice discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items - Following up with Rebates, Purchasing, Inventory Specialist, and Warehouse staff to resolve issues with credit memos - Providing assistance with cash flow forecasting - Handling ad hoc projects - Utilizing SAP experience as an added advantage - Applying Tax Deducted at Source knowledge for relevant tasks To qualify for this position, you should: - Possess at least a Diploma or above in the related field with 1-3 years of relevant working experience - Have experience in reconciliation - Demonstrate a proven ability to operate independently under pressure to meet multiple deadlines - Maintain a track record of attention to detail and accuracy If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for a more comprehensive understanding.
