Accounts Payable Executive

You will be working in Panchkula, IT Park on a Full-Time basis. The work schedule is a Fixed Night Shift from 5:30pm to 2:30am, Monday to Friday. As part of your role, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. This includes matching purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure proper documentation. It is essential to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures and support audits by providing the required documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have a High school diploma or equivalent. An Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is important. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software is required.
