Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team. The role requires strong analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with SAP and GST regulations.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage end-to-end accounts payable process including invoice receipt, verification, approvals, and payments.
Process vendor invoices in SAP and ensure proper GL coding.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
Maintain records of payments and ensure accurate documentation.
Ensure timely payments to vendors in accordance with agreed credit terms.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment-related queries.
Manage TDS and GST compliance related to vendor payments.
Assist in monthly closing activities related to accounts payable.
Prepare periodic reports related to AP aging, outstanding payments, etc.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable process.
Hands-on experience in SAP (preferably SAP FICO).
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
