Job Description

Designation: Accounts Payable Executive

Qualification:

ACCA/ Any graduate

Experience:

3 to 4 Years

Location:

Pune

Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records.
Specific domain knowledge with respect to processing Accounts payable.
Preparation and reporting of Monthly/periodical MIS.
Liaising with vendors, managing reconciliation and balance confirmation activities
Ensure Statutory compliance, reporting under various laws like TDS/GST.
Managing Statutory/Internal Audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have good communication skills to deal
Preferred experience of SAP S4 HANA Accounting system
Should have good knowledge of MS office
Experience of 3 to 5 years.
Candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge like purchase, expense etc.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS
