Accounts Payable Coordinator I

As an Expense Report Auditor at Syneos Health, you will be responsible for applying travel policies and business conduct standards while performing various expense report and auditing functions. Your role will involve verifying the accuracy of supplier invoices, assisting in reconciliation support, resolving issues, maintaining files accurately, and complying with internal controls objectives. Your attention to detail, strong Excel skills, organizational abilities, and communication skills are crucial for this role. Additionally, hands-on experience in query resolution, working in a multi-currency environment, and familiarity with Oracle ERP system are desirable qualifications. Key Responsibilities: - Verify the accuracy of supplier invoices, supplier data, and approvals in Oracle - Save scanned copies of invoices in Oracle and assist in testing custom formats - Help with bank statement uploads and resolve issues using internal ticketing systems - Review and respond to inquiries within specific timeframes - Assist in month-end closing and prepare monthly accruals - Maintain accurate files and documentations in accordance with company policies - Follow process controls to meet internal controls objectives and update SOPs timely - Follow up on invoices under queries, on hold, and pending with approvers Qualifications: - Hands-on experience in query resolution and reconciliation - Strong Excel skills, at least intermediate level - Experience in a multi-currency environment - Strong organizational and communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Desirable: Experience with Oracle ERP system Please note that the job description may not include all tasks, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the Company.
