Job Description

Responsibilities

Accounts Management:

  • Day to Day Cash flow management
  • Processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
  • Ensure Invoices,Quotations and payment collections are carried out in timely manner
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal review and audits.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with other operational tasks as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.
  • Work closely with other departments to support financial and operational needs.


Qualifications

We are seeking a Accounts & Operations Admin to join our team. If you’re a new graduate with a background in commerce or accounting and are eager to learn and work, we’re looking for you. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day accounting, purchasing, and inventory management.

Freshers with Commerce or Accounts background preferred.
