You are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to be a part of our team in Surat. As an Accounts Expert, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks efficiently and ensuring accurate accounting operations. Your role will encompass supporting the organization's daily operations, maintaining financial records, and contributing to financial reports. Your key responsibilities will include managing office operations by handling correspondence, filing, and scheduling meetings. You will be in charge of maintaining office supplies inventory, communicating with vendors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies, and overseeing the smooth functioning of office equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, data entry tasks, preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense records, as well as reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial documentation. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role that combines administrative and accounting responsibilities. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or equivalent is required, along with strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks, the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and familiarity with HR-related administrative tasks are essential skills for this position. This full-time position offers health insurance, Provident Fund, and requires availability for day shifts with occasional weekends. The work location is in person, ensuring seamless collaboration within the team.,
