Job Description

As an Account Manager, your role involves leading the management of customer accounts for all clients. You are responsible for establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary goal is to maximize profits by negotiating contracts and closing agreements that benefit both the client and the company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, customers, and executives to assist them effectively. - Customize solutions according to the needs and objectives of the company's customers in a timely and successful manner. - Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. - Identify new business opportunities with existing customers or areas for improvement to meet sales targets. - Analyze key account metrics such as quarterly sales forecasts and annual growth forecasts. - Prepare status reports on accounts to track progress and performance. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the territory. - Provide assistance in handling challenging requests or escalations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of total work experience preferred.
